P1 1. A request from Ms. Tina Warner of Cullman Christian School to de-annex the property located on Convent Road.
P2 2. A request from Sanitation Superintendent Larry Jones to go out for bids on a 2012 Diesel 4WD Riding Lawnmower.
P3 3. A request from Dr. Tom Williamson of the North Alabama Agriplex to annex two lots located on Talley Ho Street into the City limits of Cullman, Alabama.
P4 4. A request from the Busy Bee Cafe, 101 5th Street SE, for a restaurant alcohol license for on-premises consumption. This request received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee.
P5 5. A request from the BAPS Inc, 5982 AL Highway 157, for a convenience store alcohol license for on-premises consumption. This request also received a favorable recommendation from the Alcohol Review Committee.
IX. RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS AND OTHER BUSINESS
R1 1. Resolution 2012 - 78 - To award the Bid No. R-01642 for 6 inch water pipe in the amount of $17,955 to the lowest responsible bidder, Consolidated Pipe & Supply.
R2 2. Resolution 2012 - 79 - Honoring Alabama Wounded Warriors, Disabled Veterans, and Fallen Service Members.
R3 3. Resolution 2012 - 80 - To vacate a "city-owned" Alley East of Lot 2 of the Maplehurst Addition on 3rd Street SE and declare the City property surplus.
R4 4. Resolution 2012 - 81 - To vacate a "city-owned" Lot in the Betz 1st Addition on 1st Street NE and declare the City property surplus.
R5 5. Resolution 2012 - 82 - To annex the Oak Lane Subdivision into the City limits of Cullman, Alabama.
R6 6. Resolution 2012 - 83 - To amend the project agreement between the City of Cullman and the Amendment 666 Bond Commission of the State of Alabama to extend the completion date to December 1st, 2013.
O7 7. Ordinance 2012 - 08 - To participate in a Severe Weather Preparedness Tax Holiday.
O8 8. Ordinance 2012 - 09 - To annex Joshua Dyer's property into the City limits of Cullman, Alabama.
