House fire in Rolling HIlls subdivision

UPDATE 10:45 p.m. According to Gold Ridge Volunteer Fire Department Chief Jerad Guthrie, there was no one in the home at the time of the blaze, and the cause of the fire has not been determined. Firefighters remain on the scene putting out hot spots.


GOLD RIDGE - Multiple volunteer fire departments are on the scene of a house fire in the Rolling Hills subdivision off of County Road 1491 in the Gold Ridge community. Firefighters from Gold Ridge were originally dispatched to the scene at approximately 9:20 p.m., according to county dispatch. The Berlin and Vinemont-Providence Volunteer Fire Departments were called in to assist shortly thereafter.
